Friday, September 26, 2008~ Our Wedding Banquet ~ Finally managed to get the images uploaded for blogging.. many thanks to all those who came to share our joy of starting a new chapter in life together. Special thanks to the following brothers (Ken, Jin Song, Lee Hwee, Wilber, Ethan, Peiwen, Jing Hong, Jeremy and the two other student photographers) and sisters (Serena, Pei Shan, Cindy, Jeslyn, Shu Hua, Lixian) for making our wedding such a fun filled event! Here's to you!  That's us before the start of the banquet.. though there was a slight delay in starting the banquet.. we were glad that everything ended early at ~1030. Why? So that the guests would be able to go home earlier and rest for the next day... which happened to be a school day and half of the guests were teachers.. ie.. had to wake up very early for school~~  That's my father-in-law.. happily entertaining guests at the entrance  Introducing my maid-of-the-day... hee.. my dear sister ^^  That's us waiting for our first march in.. anxious... haha.. no joke walking into a room full of guest with all attention on you ^^  Shower of flowers kindly prepared by the sisters.. hee.. it's always fun to involve the guests ^^ plus I think both our nieces had fun throwing the petals wahaha..  After the march in comes the cutting of the wedding cake.. which... we had some difficulty cutting it haha...   Our hosts for the night.. Shu Hua and Jing Hong ^^ Problem with attending your own banquet?? you really don't get to eat much haha.. thanks to all the advance warning from my friends, relatives, sisters, brothers etc... we made sure we ate before the banquet... why? cause we had to change right after the 1st dish... ie.. missing the soup... *awh~~~  That's us coming down for the 2nd march-in... word of advise to those getting married... bring your bride's maid along for your final gown fitting.. you'll need her to know how to tie up the gown with the ribbons ^^ Wonder what are they laughing about?? That's for you to find out hee.. *hint.. it has something to do with mastermind lalala~~  All set for the second time ^^  Party poppers!!!!!  Word of caution: do not touch the glass with the bottle or else.... goosh!  The old, fun Yam-Seng hee...  That's 小不点 with her pretty pink boots and pink hello kitty bag and mastermind's niece (who is now my niece too) in her pink princess dress and pink princess shoes.. wonder how come both like pink.. haha.. Photo taking session!!!  The Colloid and Nanomaterial Research Lab Family!  The NUS Physics Friends!  The Saints!  The old secondary school gang and SA Mentors! can you image it... we'ver known each other for more than 10 years!!! wah!!!!   Mastermind's Kiddo ^^ Problem with having space constrain? We didn't get to invite all our other friends.. but.. like what my sister said... if they're your friends, they'll understand ^^ and you know what.. they did! dododo~~!  The last part of the banquet - sniff... Hope all guests enjoyed the food and drinks!! hee...
